Tamarra James is better known as one of the founders of the Odyssean Wiccan Tradition and the Wiccan Church of Canada, which was one of the first officially incorporated Pagan organizations in North America. She was one of the founders of Wic-Can Fest, Canada's largest Pagan festival, and she is a constant facilitating presence in Ontario Pagan Pride events. But she is also a talented musician and her album Carpe Noctum is counted among the classics of contemporary Pagan music. Since it is out of print we are especially blessed to have received this gift. She has lived in Toronto, ON for most of her life.
