about

Sable Aradia from Vernon, BC is better known as a Pagan author, blogger and podcaster but she got her start singing Celtic folk music in the Society for Creative Anachronism. Her debut self-produced album under the recording name "Sable" (Of Dragons and Unicorns, 1999) sold more than a hundred copies. She has joined forces with Jamie Field of Parnassus to create a Pagan acoustic music duo, and they toured Western Canada to play house concerts along with the release of her book The Witch's Eight Paths of Power in fall of 2014. She is a traditional witch and a Wiccan in the Star Sapphire Tradition. Website: www.sablearadia.com Bandcamp:

lyrics

Dreams are clouds of mist,
A Unicorn I ride,
But a wisp of cloudy Darkness
Creeps from the other side

Open the doors of time,
Remember memories
Of family and friends,
But the eye of Darkness sees

Catch a falling star tonight,
The Darkness screams outside –
Just keep your dreams a’dancing;
Your soul she’ll never find
I believe in unicorns,
Interplanetary flight;
But one thing I don’t believe in –
Letting go your life –
Catch a falling star

A shadow passes over
My star in the sky;
An evil falcon watches
With a knowing eye

The tunnel is a long one,
But Light is at the end,
I know because my friend’s been there,
There and back again

Catch a falling star tonight,
The Darkness screams outside –
Just keep your dreams a’dancing;
Your soul she’ll never find
I believe in unicorns,
Interplanetary flight;
But one thing I don’t believe in –
Letting go your life –
Catch a falling star

Dreams are clouds of mist,
A Unicorn I ride,
The river’s very wide,
But the Sun’s on the other side

Catch a falling star tonight,
The Darkness screams outside –
Just keep your dreams a’dancing;
Your soul she’ll never find
I believe in unicorns,
Interplanetary flight;
But one thing I don’t believe in –
Letting go your life –
Catch a falling star

I believe in unicorns,
Interplanetary flight;
But one thing I don’t believe in –
Letting go your life –
Catch a falling star
Catch a falling star
Catch a falling star
Catch a falling star . . .
